1. Health & wellness product listings at Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Online Marketing Campaign Management, Optimization, PLA, PCA, AMS etc
3. Responsible for Monthly Sales Target.
4. Cataloging of products at both Amazon and Flipkart marketplace like title optimization, Bullet point, Description, featured Image with proper keyword Stuffing.
5. Manage inventory through amazon Sellerflex & Flipkart Inventory.
6. Publish daily sales report and unit wise sales report and other MIS work
7. Improve listing quality and optimization from time to time.
8. Daily Coordination with the warehouse team to manage and track the Order dispatching and returns.
9. Knowledge of SPF Claim at Flipkart and Amazon
10. Manage daily pricing and fix the price alerts or any suppressed listing.
11. Manage messages tab to send requests to buyers for Review and ratings in amazon
12. Manage all escalations related to portals like Order SLA breach, Seller performance, Dispatch breach and Return acceptance.
