Functional Job Description:
•Drive sales & retail operations in assigned market territory
•Dealer Sales and Modern Trading.
•Responsible for identifying new market, dealers opportunities to explore the possibilities of expanding the channel by appointing maximum dealers in consultation with immediate superior.
•Meet sales targets and ensure follow up on business leads and referrals.
•Contributes to team success by delivering assigned team targets.
•Monitoring Distributors & retailers performance and responsible for achievement of Primary & Secondary targets.
•Responsible for timely payment clearance from Distributors & Dealers against daily supplied order.
•Resolving Distributors & retailer’s grievances with proper communication and personal interaction.
•Build up cemented relationship with Distributors & Retailers.
•Handling customer grievances.
•Check out product stock availability.
•Determine the Sales Strategy, competitor analysis.
•Plan & execute promotional activities for enhancing business opportunities.
•Responsible for goal setting, performance review for maintenance team.
•Training & development of the team
